While you’re planning your vacation, take a few moments to make your transportation plans. With some basic information handy, your rental process is easy. Whether you’re new to car renting or you’re a seasoned pro, it’s important to make sure you meet the requirements to get on the road.
Drivers must be 21 years of age or older to rent.
A credit card is needed for authorization. A $250 security deposit and cost of the rental car is paid by cash or credit card. The security deposit is refundable, depending on the condition of the car upon return. Refunds are made by check and sent to your mailing address.
It is important to disclose any drivers of the rental car. Husband and wives under the same full coverage and liability insurance are able to drive under the same agreement. Otherwise, any additional drivers require a charge of $5 per day per driver and must show the specified basic information before being approved for renting.
