3 Common Car Rental Questions

At Greenleaf Rent A Car, we work hard to provide superior customer service and quality rental cars you can’t find anywhere else. However, we know that you want to make sure you’re making a good car rental decision and may have some questions along the way.

Let us answer a few common questions we get at our Escondido location to help you in your process.

1. What is the minimum age requirement?

Greenleaf Rent A Car will rent a vehicle to anyone age 21 or older, without any underage fees. However, we do require that each renter provides a valid driver’s license as well as proof of full-coverage and liability insurance that applies to any rental car you might drive.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay for your car rental using any of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer a cash or debit payment option, but we do require a minimum additional $250 deposit at time of payment. Plus, you MUST contact Greenleaf Rent A Car in advance if you want to use the cash, debit, or prepaid debit card options so we can go over our policies with you.

3. Can someone pick me up?

Greenleaf Rent A Car offers a free shuttle service for pick up and drop off to anywhere within a five-mile radius of our Escondido location. You will need to make sure you mention that you’re interested in this shuttle service upon making your reservation.

These questions are certainly not the only ones we get from our customers at Greenleaf Rent A Car. If you have additional questions or are ready to make a reservation, just give us a call. You can contact our Escondido location by calling 760-294-7052, or you can also request a car rental quote online.
