I usually have a wonderful experience with Greenleaf Rent A Car in service, car quality, and rates. This was no exception. The staff was efficient and very friendly. My car was clean and ready to go. I almost always use Greenleaf wherever I travel, and I will continue to do so. I would recommend them to anyone!

For what this business lacks in office size they GREATLY make for customer service. Well worth the drive to avoid getting stuck renting from a large corporate rental car company. You truly feel as if you’re borrowing a car from a friend. Extremely clean and well maintained fleet of vehicles personable and caring staff! I won’t rent from anyone else!

I just had my first experience with Greenleaf, and it was one of the best car rental experiences I can remember. The guys here are super friendly and professional. The converted hotel room they use for an office is interesting but clean and gets the job done. Honestly, I was in and out of there so fast I hardly had time to notice! This was a true no-hassle experience. The rental car was brand new and at a great rate. This company blows Enterprise out of the water! This is how renting a car should be.

I found this rental agency purely by accident. I’m very glad I did. Greenleaf only offers low emission vehicles that not only help save the planet, but use less gas. This in turn helps you, the consumer, save money! I had to rent a car due to my car’s transmission breaking down. Another local “cheap” agency required a $400 deposit on a credit card. I don’t use credit cards, only debt cards. I had cash for a deposit, but they only could accept credit.

In steps Greenleaf. They don’t require a credit card deposit. In fact, they don’t require a deposit. They charged me for the use of the car that I was renting and that was it. How convenient is that for someone who doesn’t use credit cards!

Anyway, to make a long story short, I found the staff here to be very pleasant to work with each and every time I’ve used them. Of the three times I’ve rented with them, I received a free upgrade twice. Once, it sounded like just because they had an extra car and the second was that I had a reservation for a particular class of car, but they had run out of that particular class when I arrived.

Again, since they only offer low emission vehicles, I saved a ton on fuel charges for driving an overall huge distance over the duration of the rental. If I had gone with another rental agency, and used a car with a larger engine, I would have ended up paying double for gas.

All in all, I’m very happy I found Greenleaf Rent A Car. If I ever need a rental again, I’m sure to give these guys a call.

Love these guys. My car repair place suggested I give them a call – they came and picked me up, drove me to their office, got me processed fast and gave me a good, clean car. The next day, I returned the car, and they took me back down to the car repair place and dropped me off.

These guys are a local business – not a big corporate – and you can tell. They’re friendly, professional and very well priced. We get a lot of visitors from out of town – and I look forward to recommending Greenleaf to them all!

Aside from the great price, what impressed me was how quickly they were willing to accommodate me, given that I had to call them at 3pm on a weekday during the holidays asking if they had anything available and could pick me up on top of that. They picked me up half an hour later, and by 4pm I was receiving keys for the Kia. Very nice people, and very efficient. There’s no catch associated with their prices; they’re just a good, local business that is insanely competitive with the big chains. I highly recommend using Greenleaf if you’re able.

Really nice people! I’ll likely use these guys whenever possible. I have yet to find car rentals for this cheap.

We recently found this local rental car company and have been nothing but pleased with our experience. Originally we were introduced to them by one of our long time customers. Our customer had been looking for an alternative to the big name rental agencies and a place that offered a fair price. We would recommend this company to anyone who needs a rental car in our area.

Excellent Place For Rentals…..Called in to reserve a car, person on phone was very friendly and efficient, They offer a customer pick up which was very convenient since my husband is on deployment. Their shuttle driver arrived 5 minutes early to pick me up and was friendly, so it made the drive back to their office comfortable for me ad my 5yr old. Once i arrived to their office i was greeted by their VP of operations (Mr. Wood) the staff was extremely helpful and the process was fast and easy. I would highly recommend these guys. They actually pride themselves on their customer service and it shows.
